I have been making your bread for almost 6 months now and i really like it...however latley my loaves seem to be more dense not that soft pb and jelly type bread that I have gotten on a few occasions.
I was wondering if you have come across this with your bread even in the beginning stages. Am I over working after the second rise? Any suggestions you could get to me would be greatly appreciated. I have made it three days in a row bound and determined to get the perfect loaf and it just isn't happening.
